Plum Tree Cottage in Porlock was formerly part of an old coach house and stables the stone mounting block in the garden indicating the history of the property

The cottage is approached by footpath through the garden from the private parking area The front door opens into the hallway a large sitting room is to the right with plenty of comfortable seating for 6 guests plus a selection of games and puzzles in the storage bench The kitchen-dining room is to the left of the hallway and is fitted with all new appliances French doors lead onto a patio area beside the cottage making al fresco dining a breeze On from the kitchen is a downstairs double bedroom with en-suite bathroom bath toilet and and hand basin

There is also a downstairs toilet with hand basin off the hallway under the stairs Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms consisting of toilet hand basin and shower The upstairs bedrooms are one double and one twin

There are three bedrooms in total two doubles and one twin
